Orders are prepared by hand and dispatched once each piece has been inspected. Standard delivery currently follows a measured timeline; we will share tracking information by email once an order is on its way.

Returns are accepted within a reasonable window from receipt for items that arrive damaged or in error. To begin a return, write to us through the Contact Us form with your order details and a brief note.

Custom and engraved items are made to order and are not eligible for return except in the case of a defect.
